misleading hours hot water
the bar hours were definitely misleading. i was told it would be open until 1 am, but it closed much earlier, around 12:10 am, and i couldn't get any drinks then. this was a real disappointment since i was looking forward to relaxing with a beverage after a long day. also, the room lacked hot water. this made showering quite unpleasant.

friendly staff mountain view impersonal check-in awkward shower
The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room had a great view (I liked that I could see Table Mountain).
Check-in was impersonal, and I wasn't assisted with my bags initially. The shower head did not swivel, made showering a bit awkward.

The staff always helped me with my bags. The rooms include modern equipment. I used the clean pool and the gym facilities. The hotel location is convenient for getting around.
